About
They are the category leader in Cyber-Physical Systems security - 1,300+ enterprise customers, 24 Fortune 100 deployments, a two-time Gartner Magic Quadrant Leader, and a $3B valuation heading into a Q4 board session. They came to SlideHawk with one problem: a 20-slide deck that reported status but never asked for the decisions the meeting existed to make. Duplicate slides, mislabeled sections, and no clear moment to vote. The brief: 14 slides that end in three board approvals, not three action items.

WHAT THE CLIENT BROUGHT
WHAT THE CLIENT BROUGHT
They brought a 20-slide deck with strong content and no clear argument. Section titles didn’t match what was under them - the page marked “Customer Health” opened onto a competitive chart. The decisions the board needed to make were scattered, with no designed moment for any of them. Performance was reported accurately and left to speak for itself, with no line drawn to what the board was being asked to authorize.

STRATEGY & CONTENT
STRATEGY & CONTENT
We started from the outcome the meeting needed: 3 clear decisions, made in the room. We mapped each section to a single purpose, then connected the performance story directly to what it justified - so every number pointed at a decision. The final three slides were rebuilt as a clear decision sequence: one motion per slide, each with the context, risk, and approval language a director needs to vote yes. 20 slides became 14.

THE FINAL DECK
THE FINAL DECK
The final deck opens on Claroty’s market position and closes with three votes the board can approve in the room - not defer to follow-up. What was a 20-slide status report became a 14-slide decision deck where every slide has one job. The board reads the performance, follows the strategic context, and reaches the votes with everything it needs to say yes.
