We started from the outcome the meeting needed: 3 clear decisions, made in the room. We mapped each section to a single purpose, then connected the performance story directly to what it justified - so every number pointed at a decision. The final three slides were rebuilt as a clear decision sequence: one motion per slide, each with the context, risk, and approval language a director needs to vote yes.
